Job Requirements :
- 5-15 years of experience in retail operations or management consulting.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth through effective sales strategy development.
- Solid understanding of PNL management, revenue management, and process excellence principles.
- Excellent leadership skills with ability to manage high-performing teams.
