About the Role

We are looking for a Central SEO Head with strong expertise in YouTube SEO, content discovery, and organic growth, with experience handling Tech, AI, Education, or other knowledge-driven YouTube channels.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing and growing YouTube channels, improving search visibility, driving organic traffic, and using AI-powered tools and analytics to identify content opportunities and optimize performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the overall YouTube SEO strategy across central channels and content categories.
- Manage and optimize YouTube channels with a focus on organic growth, discoverability, search rankings, CTR, watch time, and engagement.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, topic research, and content-gap analysis for YouTube.
- Optimize video titles, descriptions, tags, hashtags, playlists, thumbnails, and metadata for maximum discoverability.
- Develop SEO strategies around AI, technology, education, trending topics, and high-intent search queries.
- Identify emerging search trends and content opportunities using YouTube Analytics, Google Trends, keyword research tools, and AI tools.
- Work closely with Content, YouTube, Creative, and Growth teams to build SEO-led content strategies.




- Analyze channel performance and create actionable insights based on YouTube Analytics and SEO data.
- Track rankings, traffic sources, audience retention, watch time, CTR, and subscriber growth.
- Use AI tools to improve keyword clustering, topic discovery, content briefs, competitor analysis, and SEO optimization.
- Build scalable SEO frameworks that can be implemented across multiple YouTube channels.
- Stay updated with changes in YouTube algorithms, search behavior, AI search, and content discovery trends. Required Skills

- 3 to 5 years of experience in YouTube SEO / Video SEO / Digital SEO.
- Proven experience in handling and growing YouTube channels.
- Strong understanding of YouTube search algorithms, ranking factors, CTR, watch time, retention, and audience behavior.
- Strong knowledge of keyword research, competitor analysis, content optimization, and technical SEO fundamentals.
- Experience with YouTube Studio/Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Trends, and SEO tools.
- Strong understanding of AI tools and their application in SEO and content discovery.

- Ability to identify trending and high-potential topics, particularly in Tech/AI/EdTech.
- Strong analytical and data-driven approach.
- Good understanding of content strategy and audience intent.

- Ability to work cross-functionally with Content, Creative, Growth, and Product teams.
