- Plan & Layout: Read structural/formwork drawings, set dimensions, levels, and plumb lines.
- Team Supervision: Assign daily tasks to carpenters and formwork laborers, monitor productivity.
- Quality Control: Inspect alignment, joint tightness, propping, and release oil application before concrete pouring. Prevent bulging or leaks.
- De-shuttering & Safety: Oversee safe stripping timelines, height safety, and material cleaning/reuse storage.
- Experience: 3 to 10 years in civil/high-rise construction.
- Technical Knowledge: Conventional timber/steel formwork and up-to-date systems (Mivan/tunnel form).
- Soft Skills: Blueprint reading, team leadership, and site coordination.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
