Hiring: Workday Student Consultants | APAC Implementation

About the Opportunity

We are seeking experienced Workday Student Consultants to support a large-scale Workday Student implementation program in the APAC region. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a strategic higher education transformation project and contribute to the successful deployment of Workday Student solutions.

Areas of Expertise Required

We are looking for consultants with hands-on experience in one or more of the following Workday Student modules:

- Workday Student Core
- Workday Student Academic Foundation
- Workday Student Recruitment & Admissions
- Workday Student Financials

Key Responsibilities

- Participate in end-to-end Workday Student implementation projects.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Configure and deploy Workday Student solutions aligned with client needs.
- Conduct workshops, solution design sessions, and stakeholder discussions.
- Support testing, data conversion, integrations, deployment, and post-go-live activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver successful project outcomes.





Required Qualifications

- 5 - 18 Years of overall IT/ERP consulting experience.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Workday Student.
- Experience in at least one or more Workday Student functional areas.
- Involvement in one or more full lifecycle Workday implementations.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and consulting skills.
- Understanding of higher education business processes and student lifecycle management.

Preferred Qualifications

- Workday Student certifications in relevant modules.
- Experience working with Higher Education institutions.
- APAC implementation experience is an added advantage.
- Experience in client-facing consulting roles.
