About The Opportunity A fast-paced technology consultancy delivering cloud HR and finance transformation across Fortune 500 and mid-market enterprises in India and APAC. We architect, deploy, and optimize integrated Workday ecosystems — connecting HCM, Financials, and EPM with enterprise data warehousing, IAM, and legacy ERP systems — to drive operational agility and strategic workforce insights.

Role & Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end Workday integration projects — design, build, test, and deploy interfaces using Workday Studio, EIBs, and REST/SOAP APIs.
- Architect secure, scalable integration patterns between Workday and external systems (SAP, Oracle, ServiceNow, Okta, etc.) using middleware or custom orchestration.
- Translate functional requirements into technical integration specs; collaborate with solution architects and business analysts for seamless data flow.
- Manage integration governance — version control, CI/CD pipelines, workplace sync, and regression testing across dev/test/prod.




- Coach junior integration developers; enforce best practices in error handling, logging, performance tuning, and security compliance.
- Support post-go-live stability — troubleshoot production issues, optimize job schedules, and document integration roadmaps for future phases.
