**Workday Finance Functional Lead

We are looking for an experienced Workday Finance Functional Lead with strong expertise in Workday Finance implementations. The candidate should have deep functional knowledge of finance processes and experience working across one or more Workday Finance streams.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage Workday Finance functional implementation activities.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand finance requirements.
- Configure and support Workday Finance solutions based on business needs.
- Provide functional expertise across finance processes such as R2R, P2P, and C2C.
- Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment.
- Identify and resolve functional issues during implementation and support.




- Coordinate with technical teams and other stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
- Provide functional guidance and leadership to the project team.

Required Skills

- 12 15 years of overall experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in Workday Finance Functional.
- Strong Workday Finance implementation experience.
- Expertise in one or more of the following:

- Record to Report (R2R)

- Procure to Pay (P2P)

- Contract to Cash (C2C)
- Strong understanding of finance business processes.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Certification
- One or more Workday Finance certifications preferred.
- Certification is good to have but not mandatory.
