Resham Sutra is a social enterprise developing technology and business solutions for rural textile producers. We’re looking for a curious, practical intern to identify repetitive manual work and build helpful automations that save time, reduce errors, and improve productivity.

This is a hands-on role focused on implementing solutions—not just researching tools.

What you’ll do

- Identify opportunities for automation.
- Build workflows using no-code tools, and AI applications.
- Automate all activities from sales to delivery.
- Bridge the Human - Solution Test workflows, troubleshoot errors, and document solutions.
- Measure time saved and help colleagues adopt the new processes.

What we’re looking for





- A student interested in automation, AI, operations, or business analytics.
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets and eager to learn new tools.
- Enjoys turning repetitive work into reliable, repeatable systems.
- Experience with programming or no-code platforms.
