Analytics Insight is looking for a skilled WordPress Developer to maintain, develop, and optimize our media and digital publishing platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with WordPress development, website performance, troubleshooting, and integrations, with a strong understanding of SEO-friendly web development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, maintain, and optimize WordPress-based media and content websites.
- Customize WordPress themes, plugins, templates, and website features as required.
- Manage website updates, content publishing functionality, and technical issues.
- Improve website speed, performance, responsiveness, and user experience.
- Ensure websites are mobile-friendly, secure, and compatible across major browsers.
- Implement and maintain SEO-friendly technical structures and best practices.
- Troubleshoot website errors, broken links, plugin conflicts, and other technical issues.
- Integrate third-party tools, APIs, forms, analytics, and other digital platforms.
- Work closely with Content, SEO, Digital Marketing, and Editorial teams to support publishing requirements.
- Monitor website performance and resolve technical issues promptly.
- Perform regular WordPress, plugin, theme, and security updates.
- Support website backups, maintenance, and basic database-related tasks.




- Assist in implementing new website features and improvements based on business requirements.

Required Skills:

- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in WordPress Development.
- Robust knowledge of WordPress, PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with WordPress themes, plugins, customization, and troubleshooting.
- Good understanding of MySQL/database fundamentals.
- Knowledge of website speed optimization and responsive design.
- Basic understanding of technical SEO and website structure.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Search Console, and other website tools is an advantage.
- Ability to work with APIs and third-party integrations is a plus.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Preferred:

- Experience working with news, media, publishing, blogging, or content-driven websites.
- Experience handling high-traffic WordPress websites is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of Google News, structured data/schema, Core Web Vitals, and SEO best practices will be preferred.
