- Strong knowledge of Wire EDM programming and operation.
- Practical experience in 45°, 7° and other angle/taper cutting.
- Knowledge of wire compensation, offsets and cutting parameters.
- Knowledge of roughing and finishing/skimming cuts.
- Engineering drawing and GD&T; knowledge.
- Knowledge of inspection instruments and slip gauges.
- Understanding of job setting, alignment, reference setting and wire threading.
- Ability to troubleshoot dimensional and angle-cutting errors.
- Strong Wire EDM programming and machining skills.
- Excellent drawing interpretation ability.
- High attention to dimensional accuracy and detail.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Cost and cycle-time optimization mindset.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
