We are looking for enthusiastic professionals to join our team for the role of Payroll Associate for Pune location.

- Location: Pune Wipro office Phase 2 Hinjewadi

- Work Model: 5 Days Work from Office (Sat-Sun Fixed Off)

- Shift: US Shift | Night Shift (8 PM – 5 AM)

- Working Hours: 9.5 Hours

- Facility: One-Side Cab Drop Available

Immediate joiners preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process payroll inputs received from clients

- Handle payroll operations with accuracy and timeliness

- Manage client escalations and provide prompt resolutions

- Work on client emails and payroll data processing

- Handle customer/client calls as required

- Support MIS activities and operational tasks

Required Skills & Experience:

- Minimum 1-2 year of Payroll experience / HR Domian experience.

- Preferably experience in US Payroll / Canada Payroll or Indian Payroll

- Solid verbal & written communication skills

- Good knowledge of MS Excel & PowerPoint

- Customer-centric approach and attention to detail

- Willingness to work in night shifts
