Building reliable, well-designed distributed systems across:

- Model serving & orchestration
- RAG pipelines & gateways
- Observability
- Self-improving loops
- Running agents at scale serving millions of KreditBee customers

ML / Applied-AI Track Making models actually work in production:

- Retrieval quality
- Prompting & agent design
- Evaluation
- Fine-tuning
- Voice bots
- In-app assistants
- Ad designers

We hire across every level — Junior Staff Same engineering bar. Growing scope.

- Junior (0–2 yrs): Ships well-scoped work, strong fundamentals
- Mid (2–5 yrs): Owns features end-to-end
- Senior (5+ yrs): Owns systems and reliability, mentors, drives design

• Staff / Lead: Sets technical direction and makes long-horizon bets

What ties both tracks together? End-to-end ownership: design build ship monitor on-call.

We care about clean, well-tested code and treat reliability, latency, cost, and observability as first-class requirements.

And because we're building in a regulated environment, data privacy, access controls, and auditability are part of the job — not an afterthought.

What we look for:

- Strong CS fundamentals — data structures, algorithms & system design
- A track record of shipping software in production
- Nice to have: fintech / lending / payments or other regulated-domain experience
- LLMOps / MLOps tooling, vector databases & evaluation frameworks
