Manage and resolve Freshdesk tickets related to weight discrepancies and courier weight disputes. Review and validate weight-related queries raised through Freshdesk and ensure timely closure as per TAT. Verify physical weight, volumetric weight, dead weight, and courier-charged weight.
Review seller/courier-provided images and supporting documents for weight validation. Handle the weight freeze process after reviewing and validating the required weight details. Coordinate with courier partners and internal teams for weight corrections and approvals.
Identify and resolve weight discrepancies at AWB level. Track pending Freshdesk tickets, and frozen cases to ensure timely closure. Maintain proper documentation of approvals, disputes, corrections, and weight freeze cases.
