Hello, Before starting the project, I would like to clarify the testing and approval requirements for the ShikshaTech Innovations website. 1.

Work Completion

All agreed features and functionalities must be fully developed according to the project requirements. 2.

Testing Requirements

The website must be tested to ensure:

- All pages, buttons, links, and forms work correctly.

- Principal, Teacher, Parent, and Student dashboards function properly.

- Login, registration, and role-based access work correctly.

- Student attendance, fee management, homework, and results work as agreed.

- The website works on mobile, tablet, and desktop.

- No major bugs, broken features, or critical security issues remain.

- All agreed integrations work correctly. 3.

Final

Review and Approval Once development is complete, you must provide a working website or staging link so I can test all features. I will review the website and share any issues that need fixing. 4.





Bug Fixes

Any bugs or issues related to the agreed requirements must be fixed without additional charges before final approval. 5.

Final

Payment I will release the agreed final payment after all requirements are completed, testing is successful, and I have provided written approval. 6.

Handover

After approval and payment, you must provide the complete source code, admin access, database files or export, deployment details, and all agreed credentials.
