Role overview

We're looking for a hands-on tech generalist to build websites, automate workflows and fix technical issues. You'll own our web presence, our GoHighLevel setup, and the automations and AI agents that keep the business running. You pick up new tools quickly and use AI every day to design, code, debug and automate faster.

Key responsibilities

Websites

- Design, build and maintain responsive websites and landing pages on WordPress, Shopify,

Squarespace, Wix, Framer, Webflow, GoHighLevel or similar
- Build complete websites from scratch in HTML, CSS and JavaScript using AI tools, and edit custom

code when needed
- Keep sites fast and working well: speed, SEO basics, forms, tracking and integrations

GoHighLevel

- Build funnels, websites, forms, calendars, pipelines, workflows and email/SMS campaigns
- Manage sub-accounts, snapshots and integrations with other tools

Automation & AI agents

- Automate repetitive work end to end in n8n, connecting APIs, webhooks, CRMs, sheets and databases
- Build AI agents and chatbots on LLM APIs (lead qualification, support, content, internal assistants)
- Document automations so others can maintain them

Tech support

- Fix issues across websites, integrations, domains, DNS and email deliverability, and put checks in place

so they don't repeat
- Evaluate and adopt new tools when they serve the business better

Required skills

Experience:



3–5 years in web development and automation, with a portfolio of live sites and workflows.

Website platforms

Web design

Good eye for layout, typography and UX; comfortable in Figma or similar

HTML, CSS, JS

Can build full sites from scratch with AI, and read, edit and fix code

GoHighLevel

Funnels, workflows, pipelines, integrations, snapshots n8n

Real production workflows; webhooks, APIs, JSON, error handling

AI agents

Built on OpenAI, Claude or similar; prompts, tools, guardrails

APIs & integrations

Can read API docs and connect any two systems

Troubleshooting

Methodical across front end, integrations, DNS, hosting, email

Who we're looking for

- Rapid learner: productive in a new tool within hours
- Tool-agnostic: understands APIs, triggers, data flow and logic, so switching platforms is easy
- Problem-first: starts from the business problem and picks the simplest tool that solves it
- Self-driven, clear communicator: investigates and fixes issues independently, explains things plainly

and documents work
- AI-first: uses ChatGPT or Claude, Cursor or Copilot, and AI design tools to ship real work, and checks

AI output critically

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
