We are looking for an experienced Electrical Engineering professional to join our Pharmaceutical Manufacturing team.

Position: Senior Manager / AGM – Electrical Engineering

Qualification: B.Tech / B.E. – Electrical amp; Electronics Engineering (EEE)

Experience: 15+ Years of experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry

Location: Jadcherla, Telangana

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead operation, maintenance and troubleshooting of 33KV/433V substations, transformers, DG sets, HT/LT systems, PCC, MCC panels and UPS systems.
- Manage electrical maintenance and troubleshooting of chillers, pumps, cooling towers, boilers and air compressors.
- Oversee electrical systems supporting PW, RO, STP and ETP plants.
- Manage electrical maintenance of AHUs and dehumidifiers.
- Ensure reliable operation and maintenance of plant lighting and power distribution systems.
- Drive Preventive Maintenance (PMP) activities and ensure timely completion and documentation as per master schedules.
- Identify and implement energy conservation, efficiency improvement and cost-saving initiatives.
- Ensure optimum inventory levels for electrical equipment spares and consumables.




- Manage electrical maintenance budgets, material planning and optimum resource utilization.• Lead preparation of electrical drawings and designs for new projects and modification works.• Prepare and manage CAPEX budgets for current projects and facility modifications.• Lead execution of projects involving HVAC, cleanroom panels, fire alarm systems, door interlocks, civil and epoxy works.• Oversee installation, commissioning and qualification of HT panels, transformers, generators, UPS, PCC, MCC and sub-distribution boards.• Lead installation, commissioning and qualification of process and utility equipment.• Ensure execution of installation, commissioning and qualification of chillers, pumps, cooling towers, boilers and air compressors.• Lead facility modification, renovation and area qualification activities in compliance with pharmaceutical standards.
