Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and disciplined Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, manage warehouse staff, ensure inventory accuracy, and maintain timely order processing. The ideal candidate should have robust leadership skills, operational discipline, and hands-on experience in warehouse management.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations

Supervise daily warehouse activities including inward, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, and returns.

Ensure all orders are processed accurately within the defined turnaround time (TAT).

Allocate work to warehouse executives and monitor productivity.

Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and operational discipline.

Inventory Management

Maintain accurate inventory records.

Perform daily, weekly, and monthly stock audits.

Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.

Monitor damaged, expired, and non-moving inventory.

Ensure proper SKU placement and warehouse organization.

Inward & Outward Management

Verify incoming shipments against purchase orders or stock transfer documents.

Ensure proper GRN, inward entries, and put-away.

Monitor dispatch quality before shipment handover.

Coordinate with courier partners for timely pickups.

Team Management

Lead and supervise warehouse staff.

Prepare daily task allocations.

Train new employees on warehouse SOPs.

Monitor attendance, punctuality, and performance.

Ensure adherence to company policies and safety standards.





Quality Control

Ensure accurate picking and packing.

Minimize dispatch errors and customer complaints.

Monitor packaging quality.

Conduct random quality checks before dispatch.

Reporting

Prepare daily warehouse MIS reports.

Report pending orders, inventory shortages, damages, and operational issues.

Maintain dispatch and inward reports.

Coordinate with Operations, Customer Support, and Accounts teams.

Process Improvement

Identify operational bottlenecks.

Suggest improvements to increase warehouse efficiency.

Implement SOPs and ensure compliance.

Help reduce order processing time and inventory errors.

Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline (preferred).

2–5 years of experience in warehouse operations or eCommerce fulfillment.

Experience in courier or logistics operations will be an added advantage.
