Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage warehouse operations, including inventory management, storage, and logistics.

- Oversee supply chain operations from procurement to delivery, ensuring timely and cost-effective execution.

- Develop and implement strategies to optimize warehouse efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.

- Lead a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance on best practices and performance expectations.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to inventory discrepancies or supply chain delays.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 8-12 years of experience in Warehouse Management or Supply Chain Management in FMCG industry.

- Bachelor's degree (B.Tech / B.E.) in Any Specialization; MBA preferred but not mandatory.

- Proven track record of managing large-scale warehouses with multiple shifts and high volumes of goods movement.

- Solid understanding of Inventory Management principles, including forecasting, ordering, receiving, storing, issuing & controlling stocks.
