Role & responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end Finished Goods warehouse operations
- Control FG receipt from Production and ensure proper storage
- Monitor FG inventory and stock reconciliation daily/weekly/monthly
- Ensure accurate WMS transactions and traceability
- Implement FIFO for FG issuance and packing
- Plan and control FG packing as per sales requirements
- Ensure timely and uninterrupted FG dispatches / OTIF
- Manage external warehouse operations
- Coordinate material movement to/from sterilization vendors
- Monitor packing materials, pallets, bins and storage utilization
- Handle sales returns, scrap segregation and disposal
- Conduct periodic physical stocktaking and system reconciliation
- Optimize warehouse manpower and minimize overtime
- Ensure proper maintenance of material handling equipment, trolleys and warehouse facilities
- Maintain solid 5S, safety and housekeeping standards
- Ensure proper palletization,



strapping and stretch wrapping of FG
- Maintain minimum stock of packing materials for export shipments
- Drive warehouse efficiency, space utilization and continuous improvement

Preferred candidate profile

- Graduate with relevant experience in warehouse / FG / logistics operations
- Strong experience in a manufacturing environment
- Hands-on experience in WMS and inventory management
- Experience managing warehouse teams and daily operations
- Good knowledge of FIFO, stock reconciliation, 5S and safety
- Strong coordination with Production, Sales, Logistics and external vendors
- Experience handling FG dispatch, packing and warehouse planning
