Position: Warehouse / Inventory In-Charge

Reports To: Operations / Factory Manager

Location: Wellfield Lighter Manufacturing Pvt Ltd, Aarnav - 4, survey no. 973/2, village- vasna, chacharvadi, taluka - sanand, district ahmedabad - 382213.

Experience: 3–7 Years

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day warehouse activities including receiving, storing, issuing and dispatching materials.
- Maintain accurate inventory and stock records in ERP/software and physical records.
- Receive incoming materials and verify quantity, quality and documents against purchase orders/invoices.
- Properly arrange and label materials for easy identification and retrieval.
- Issue materials to production/other departments against approved material requisitions.
- Prepare and maintain GRN, stock transfer, issue and dispatch documents.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and cycle counts.
- Identify and report stock shortages, excess stock, damaged materials and discrepancies.
- Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels and coordinate with the concerned department for replenishment.
- Maintain proper records of inward, outward, rejected, returned and damaged materials.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Sales, Accounts and Logistics teams for smooth material movement.
- Ensure warehouse cleanliness, proper storage and safe handling of materials.




- Supervise warehouse helpers and allocate daily work.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and warehouse safety procedures.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly inventory and warehouse reports.
- Support internal and external audits by providing required stock records and documents.
- Take responsibility for overall stock accuracy and warehouse discipline.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate / Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Commerce or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in warehouse, stores or inventory management.
- Valuable knowledge of inventory control and warehouse processes.
- Experience with ERP/software, MS Excel and stock management systems.
- Ability to supervise warehouse staff and manage day-to-day activities.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
