Job Title: Closet Organizer / Wardrobe Organizer

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (depending on experience)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Closet / Wardrobe Organizer to manage and maintain wardrobes, clothing, accessories, and personal belongings in a systematic and easily accessible manner. The candidate should have an eye for organization, cleanliness, presentation, and space management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Organize and maintain wardrobes, closets, drawers, shelves, and storage areas.
- Categorize clothing according to type, season, occasion, color, and frequency of use.
- Properly arrange clothes, shoes, bags, accessories, and other personal items.
- Identify items that need alteration, repair, dry cleaning, washing, or replacement.
- Coordinate with laundry, dry-cleaning, tailoring, and alteration services.
- Maintain proper folding, hanging, and storage systems to ensure clothes remain in positive condition.
- Regularly review the wardrobe and reorganize it according to seasonal requirements.
- Assist in packing and unpacking clothes and personal belongings during travel.
- Maintain an inventory of important clothing, accessories, and personal items when required.
- Suggest practical storage and organization solutions to maximize available space.




- Ensure wardrobes and related areas remain clean, organized, and clutter-free.
- Handle personal belongings carefully and maintain complete confidentiality.

Requirements:

- Prior experience in closet organization, wardrobe management, housekeeping, personal assistance, hospitality, luxury retail, or a similar role will be preferred.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Good eye for cleanliness, presentation, and detail.
- Knowledge of different types of clothing, fabrics, accessories, and proper storage methods will be an advantage.
- Good communication skills in Hindi; basic English communication is preferred.
- Should be trustworthy, disciplined, punctual, and comfortable handling personal belongings.
- Should be comfortable working at a private residence.
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions properly.
- Candidates with experience working with high-end wardrobes, personal styling, or luxury households will be preferred.

Ideal Candidate: The ideal candidate should be someone who genuinely enjoys organizing spaces, has excellent attention to detail, understands clothing and wardrobe management, and can maintain a neat, systematic, and well-presented closet on a regular basis.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
