Role: Sales Associate || Gurugram

We are looking for customer-focused professionals to join our C2C Marketplace team. As a Relationship Associate, you will manage interactions between buyers and sellers, drive transactions, and deliver a seamless customer experience while contributing to sales growth

Role & responsibilities

- Coordinate with buyers and sellers throughout the transaction journey.
- Ensure timely communication and smooth deal progression.
- Schedule and facilitate test drives between buyers and sellers.
- Understand customer requirements and assist in moving deals to closure.
- Pitch Cars24 Consumer Financing (Loans) and explain product features and benefits.
- Address customer queries and obtain agreement on loan Terms & Conditions.




- Follow up with customers to ensure timely closures and high customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient deal execution.
- Achieve assigned sales, conversion, and customer satisfaction targets.

Preferred candidate profile

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 03 years of experience in Sales, Customer Service, or Business Development.
- Fresh graduates with strong communication and sales aptitude are welcome.
- Comfortable working in a rapid-paced, target-driven environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-first mindset with a passion for sales.
- Good negotiation and relationship management skills.
