Candidate must be fluent in English

- Work from office
- 5 days working & 2 day rotational week off
- Flexible with any shift (Night Shift)

Salary & Advantages:

For Fresher: 23k Take Home For Experienced - Up to 28k Take Home

Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification:12th / Graduate(Any stream)

Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
- Understand and resolve customer queries
- Mostly outbound customer calling
- Update customer details in CRM
- Follow process guidelines and quality standards
- Meet productivity, quality and customer satisfaction targets
