Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Management Fresher to join our team in Vapi. The candidate will support day-to-day supply chain operations, coordination, data management, and reporting activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Support day-to-day supply chain and operational activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Assist in order tracking, follow-ups, and documentation.
- Maintain and update supply chain-related data and records.
- Prepare MIS reports, trackers, and reports using MS Excel.
- Support inventory and material movement tracking.
- Follow up on pending activities and ensure timely closure.
- Maintain accurate documentation and update transactions in the ERP system.




- Identify operational issues and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.

Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in B.Com / BBA / BBM / Supply Chain / Logistics / Operations or a related field.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Good coordination and follow-up skills.
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of ERP/SAP will be an added advantage.
