Manage inbound and outbound shipments at the warehouse/gateway hub.
- Perform shipment scanning, sorting, segregation, and bagging activities.
- Ensure accurate processing and timely dispatch of shipments.
- Monitor shipment movement and update system records.
- Coordinate with ground staff, supervisors, transport teams, and other operational departments.
- Maintain shipment accuracy and minimize misrouted, missing, or damaged shipments.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and adherence to warehouse safety guidelines.
- Support daily operational targets, productivity, and service-level requirements.
- Prepare daily operational reports and escalate issues to the reporting manager.
- Follow company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and compliance requirements.
