We are seeking an experienced Aircraft Electrical harness Installation Engineer with strong expertise in aircraft electrical systems, harness routing, CATIA V5, DMU navigation, and aerospace engineering processes. The role involves supporting aircraft electrical design and integration activities, ensuring engineering data continuity, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and supporting project deliverables for Airbus/Boeing aircraft programs. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in aircraft electrical installation and integration, strong knowledge of 3D design environments, and the ability to coordinate effectively with engineering, project management, manufacturing, customers, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform aircraft electrical design and integration activities, including electrical harness routing, installation, and system integration.
- Develop,review, and validate electrical harness routing considering aircraft structure, equipment, interfaces, clearances, and installation constraints.
- Interpret and implement aircraft electrical design requirements in accordance with applicable aerospace standards and procedures.
- Perform CATIA V5 3D design, electrical installation, model review, and design integration activities.
- Navigate and review complex aircraft 3D assemblies using DMU (Digital Mock-Up).
- Validate electrical installations, routing paths, interfaces, clearances, and potential clashes/interferences.
- Ensure electrical harness routing is compatible with aircraft structure, equipment, and surrounding systems.
- Maintain accuracy, consistency, and data continuity from functional design through detailed 3D models.
- Support engineering changes, design modifications, configuration updates, and associated documentation.
- Ensure engineering data and documentation remain accurate and consistent throughout the design lifecycle.
- Apply knowledge of Airbus/Boeing and aerospace engineering processes, procedures, and workflows.
- Support engineering change management, configuration management, quality processes, and aerospace documentation requirements.
- Coordinate with engineering, project management, manufacturing, customer,



and other cross-functional teams.
- Collect, consolidate, validate, and communicate project and engineering information to relevant stakeholders.
- Track and follow up on project actions, deliverables, milestones, dependencies, and commitments.
- Identify, communicate, and escalate project issues, risks, and dependencies as required.
- Support cross-functional coordination between engineering and project teams to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Maintain effective working relationships with customers, engineers, project managers, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Ensure engineering and project activities comply with applicable aerospace quality, process, and documentation standards.
- Work proactively and flexibly in a multidisciplinary aerospace environment and adapt to changing project priorities.

Technical Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum experience: 3 to 10 years
- Hands-on experience in aircraft electrical design and integration
- Strong knowledge of aircraft electrical harness routing and installation.
- Good understanding of wiring, connectors, electrical equipment, interfaces, and aircraft installation requirements.
- Proficiency in CATIA V5.
- Strong knowledge of DMU navigation and complex aircraft product structures.
- Experience in 3D aircraft model review and electrical installation design.
- Knowledge of electrical routing, clearance checks, interface validation, and clash/interference analysis.
- Experience supporting Airbus and/or Boeing aircraft programs.
- Knowledge of F3D/DMU, Auto2D are preferred.
- Strong understanding of aerospace engineering processes, procedures, and workflows.




- Knowledge of engineering change management and configuration management processes.
- Understanding of aerospace quality and documentation requirements.

- Experience in aerospace engineering services or aircraft design organizations.
- Experience working with international and multidisciplinary engineering teams.
- Familiarity with Airbus/Safran or other major aerospace OEM/supplier processes.
