We are looking for experienced US IT Recruiters to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in US IT staffing and be comfortable working with different hiring models and recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source and identify IT candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, location, work authorization, and job requirements.
- Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment activities from sourcing to candidate closure.
- Submit qualified candidates to clients and coordinate interviews.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Negotiate rates and compensation with candidates.
- Maintain accurate candidate information and recruitment updates in the ATS.




- Work closely with Account Managers and Team Leads to fulfill client requirements.
- Meet daily and monthly recruitment targets.

Key Requirements:

- 1 to 6 years of experience in US IT Recruitment.
- Experience with W2, C2C, and 1099 hiring models.
- Strong sourcing, screening, submission, interview coordination, and closure skills.
- Good communication, negotiation, and candidate management skills.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced recruitment environment.
- Hands-on experience with US IT staffing and recruitment processes.
- State Client experience and MSP/VMS experience will be an added advantage.
