Work Schedule: Monday–Friday

Fixed Week Off: Saturday amp; Sunday

Shift Timing: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST (US Shift)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Service Agreement: 18 Months

About the Role This is an excellent chance for candidates with a Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or Healthcare-related educational background to build a career in US Healthcare Staffing amp; Recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

- Source healthcare professionals through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, and other sourcing channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate calls.




- Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidates.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines.
- Negotiate salary and assist with candidate placements.
- Work closely with Account Managers and Team Leads on hiring requirements.
- Maintain accurate candidate information in the ATS.
- Meet recruitment targets while ensuring timely and quality submissions.

Requirements

Freshers / Entry-Level candidates are welcome

Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or Healthcare-related educational background

Good English communication skills

Basic understanding of recruitment and sourcing

Willingness to learn US Healthcare Staffing processes

Basic MS Office skills

Willingness to work onsite during the US night shift

Willingness to commit to an 18-month service agreement
