We are urgently hiring an experienced Assistant Manager - Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) to lead and support our healthcare revenue cycle operations.

Job Summary The AR Assistant Manager is responsible for leading and managing a team of Accounts Receivable Team. The AR Assistant manager plays a key role in driving operational efficiency, reducing AR aging, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor, and manage AR teams to meet and exceed client expectations by reducing AR aging and maximizing collections.
- Oversee day-to-day team operations, including:
- Monitoring workflows and daily productivity targets to ensure adherence to agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Tracking, analyzing, and maintaining key performance metrics, including collections and operational reports.
- Design and implement process improvements to enhance productivity, quality, and overall team performance.
- Support and participate in current pilot projects, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and smooth transitions to production teams.
- Address and resolve team-related issues,



including performance concerns and interpersonal conflicts, in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Learn and implement new client systems and processes; plan and coordinate training sessions for new hires and existing team members based on project needs.
- Conduct regular client calls and reviews to assess performance, identify improvement opportunities, and enhance client satisfaction.
- Identify skill and knowledge gaps within the team and work with department trainers to plan and execute retraining initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication, issue resolution, and consistent service delivery.

Eligibility Criteria

•8 - 10+ years of experience in U.S. Healthcare AR, with current or prior experience at the Manager level or above.

- Strong expertise in AR follow-up, denial management, and appeals within U.S. Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
- Willingness to work night shifts.
- Ability to join within 30 days.
