About the Role

Pee Safe is looking for Tele-Sales Executives who are confident in handling customer conversations and have a strong sales mindset. The role involves managing both inbound and outbound calls, converting leads into sales, and driving revenue through effective customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls with prospective and existing customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend relevant products.
- Convert leads and customer enquiries into successful sales.
- Follow up with prospective customers to drive conversions.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
- Handle customer objections and resolve queries effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups and conversions.
- Consistently achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.




- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Requirements

- 1-4 years of experience in Tele-Sales, Inside Sales or similar sales roles.
- Experience in both inbound and outbound sales is mandatory.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing, objection-handling and negotiation abilities.
- Target-oriented with a strong sales mindset.
- Customer-focused and comfortable handling high-volume calls.
- FMCG, D2C, e-commerce or consumer-product sales experience will be an added advantage.

Walk-in interviews will be conducted from 12th to 16th October, between 11AM to 5 PM.
