About the Role

SGM Group is looking for confident, energetic and target-oriented Female Telecallers to join our Real Estate Sales Team.

Our primary focus is on Industrial Plots and Industrial Real Estate projects. The candidate will be responsible for calling prospective customers, understanding their requirements, explaining project details and generating qualified leads and site visits for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from company-provided leads.
- Explain industrial plot projects, location, pricing, investment opportunities and key project highlights.
- Understand customers' property requirements, budget and investment preferences.
- Generate and qualify potential leads.
- Follow up with interested customers regularly.
- Schedule site visits and meetings for qualified prospects.
- Handle basic customer queries and objections professionally.
- Maintain proper records of calls,



leads and follow-ups in CRM/Excel.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead handover and site-visit follow-ups.
- Achieve daily calling, lead-generation and monthly sales-support targets.

Candidate Requirements

- Female candidates only.
- Freshers are welcome; experience in Telecalling / Telesales / Real Estate Sales will be an advantage.
- Good Hindi and English communication skills.
- Confident, presentable and convincing personality.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Comfortable with outbound calling and sales targets.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Excel/CRM.
- Positive attitude, hardworking and willing to learn.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
