Role & responsibilities
- Experience handling end-to-end recruitment cycle.
- Candidates from Engineering/Automotive background preferred.
- Screen candidates and evaluate employment factors such as job experience, technical skills, training, fit with organization, and future potential etc.
- Recruit in all levels of the organization from mid-level to corporate staff.
- Develop relationships with prospective candidates, Staffing Business Partners, Hiring Managers, multi-location team members etc.
- Should be target driven.
- Excellent communication skill.
