We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process,
identifying quality talent and ensuring timely closure of open positions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from understanding manpower
requirements to candidate onboarding.
- Source and attract candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, recruitment
databases, references, and other sourcing channels.
- Identify and proactively **hunt for relevant talent, particularly for positions within the
Travel & Tourism industry.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/virtual interviews to assess candidates
against job requirements.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and relevant stakeholders.
- Build and maintain a solid candidate pipeline for current and future hiring
Requirements & Skills
- 23 years of relevant experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
- Mandatory: Prior hiring/recruitment experience in the Travel & Tourism industry.
- Strong experience in candidate sourcing and headhunting using Naukri, LinkedIn, job
portals, databases, and other channels.
- Good understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong ability to assess candidates and understand role requirements.
