We are hiring Tele sales Specialists for Personal Loan sales at our Bangalore location. The role involves handling company-provided leads, speaking with prospective customers, understanding their loan requirements, explaining relevant personal loan offerings, and supporting customers through the sales process. This is an in-house role with no fieldwork.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact customers through company-provided leads and generate personal loan sales
- Understand customer requirements and explain personal loan features, eligibility, and process.
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
- Assist customers with required documentation and coordinate for the next steps in the loan process.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets and incentive-linked performance goals.
- Maintain accurate customer information and update lead status as required.
- Provide professional customer service and resolve basic queries related to the loan process.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum qualification: 10th Pass.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of Hindi/English communication.
- Positive attitude, customer-handling ability, and willingness to achieve sales targets.
- Ability to work from the Airoli office.
