About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on SEO Executive / Specialist with solid WordPress skills who can manage website development, optimisation, and SEO activities end-to-end.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable not only with SEO but also with building, editing and managing WordPress websites, making on-page changes, improving website performance, and implementing SEO strategies.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, manage and update websites using WordPress
- Create and optimise website pages, landing pages and blogs
- Implement On-Page, Technical and Off-Page SEO strategies
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
- Optimise website content, meta titles, descriptions, headings, URLs and internal linking
- Handle Google Search Console, Google Analytics and Google Business Profile
- Identify and fix basic technical SEO issues
- Improve website rankings, organic traffic and overall search visibility
- Manage SEO audits and track website performance
- Work on website speed, mobile optimisation and basic UX improvements
- Create SEO-friendly content briefs and optimise existing website content
- Monitor keyword rankings and prepare regular SEO performance reports
- Stay updated with Google algorithm changes and current SEO best practices

Required Skills

- 1.53 years of experience in SEO




- Strong hands-on experience with WordPress
- Good understanding of On-Page, Technical & Off-Page SEO
- Experience with keyword research and SEO tools
- Knowledge of Google Search Console, Google Analytics and Google Business Profile
- Understanding of website structure, plugins, themes and basic HTML/CSS
- Ability to independently create/edit WordPress pages
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good written and verbal communication

Good to Have

- Experience with SMM / Social Media Marketing
- Knowledge of Google Ads / Meta Ads
- Experience with WordPress website creation from scratch
- Basic knowledge of image/video editing
- Experience with international/UK-focused SEO

What Were Looking For We're not looking for someone who only knows how to create SEO reports. We need someone who can get into the website, make the changes, optimise it, and demonstrate measurable SEO results.
