Work Experience

- 6 - 12 years of experience in software testing.

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience leading automation teams and automation initiatives.

- Experience in Verification and Validation of engineering applications preferably in healthcare domain.

- Strong stakeholder management and customer-facing communication skills.

- Experience in project estimation, planning, execution tracking, and risk management.

- Ability to define automation KPIs, metrics, and reporting mechanisms.

- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, presentation, and communication skills.

Technical Skills

- Python 3.10+ with strong typing (type hints, data classes, enums, generics)

- Test automation frameworks pytest (fixtures, markers, parametrize, plugins)

- Selenium / Appium — WebDriver, element interactions, XPath construction

- Object-Oriented Design — SOLID principles, design patterns (POM, Strategy, Builder, Observer)

- Version control — Git (branching, commits, hooks)

- Visual Studio Code — extensions, workspace configuration, tasks, launch configs

- AI-assisted development — GitHub Copilot, prompt engineering,



reviewing and validating AI-generated code

- Experience with ALM, ClearQuest, Rally, or other test management tools.

- Experience working in Linux environments.

- Experience creating, configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining Jenkins pipelines for automated test execution, reporting, and continuous integration.

Additional Responsibilities

- Conduct framework and automation architecture reviews.

- Drive automation maturity assessment and transformation initiatives.

- Establish coding standards and automation best practices.

- Support recruitment, onboarding, and technical evaluation of automation engineers.

- Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions and technical training programs.

- Ensure compliance with healthcare quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Positive to have:

- Experience in testing of Medical modality software, Medical Imaging platform in XR platforms.

- Knowledge in Health Care Standards & regulations like DICOM, IHE, HIPPA

- Familiar with tools like WinScp, Putty, Rally, Perforce, etc.
