Role & responsibilities

We are looking for dynamic, target-oriented and motivated Real Estate Sales Professionals to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and negotiation skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients.

- Handle and follow up on leads generated through various channels.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable real estate projects/properties.
- Conduct client meetings and property/site visits.
- Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, offers and other relevant information to prospective customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales process.
- Follow up with prospects regularly and convert leads into successful bookings.
- Negotiate with clients and assist in closing sales.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, site visits and sales activities in the CRM.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.




- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience from enquiry to booking.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects and recent property launches.
- Ensure professional and timely communication with all prospective and existing clients.
