Responsibilities
- Understand client requirements and source candidates on Naukri and LinkedIn.
- Screen candidates, schedule interviews and coordinate until closure.
- Update the portal daily and meet monthly targets.
Requirements
- 6 months to 2 years of recruitment experience (agency background preferred).
- Valuable communication skills and a target-driven approach.
