Qualification
- Graduate in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- System savvy - MS Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, filters, and data analysis.
Experience
- 3-8 years of relevant experience in stock audit, inventory audit, warehouse audit, internal audit, accounting, or related areas.
- Prior experience in managing audit teams and handling multiple assignments will be preferred.
R & R
- Audit planning.
- Audit execution within TAT.
- SOP/ Process compliance Enhance quality.
- Field Team grooming skillsets /Team building.
- Review the productivity and quality of audit teams.
- Cost control and improve bandwidth through network/ retainers.
