Role & responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain the Operation Theatre before, during, and after surgical procedures.
- Assist surgeons, anesthetists, and other healthcare professionals during surgeries.
- Ensure availability and sterility of surgical instruments, equipment, and supplies.
- Monitor patients' condition before, during, and after surgery.
- Adhere to infection control, sterilization, and safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate records of surgical procedures, consumables, and patient care activities.
- Assist in positioning and transferring patients safely.
- Respond promptly to emergencies and support critical care requirements.
- Coordinate with CSSD, ICU, wards, and other departments for seamless patient care.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, NABH standards, and quality guidelines.
