- Extensive hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 (Customer Engagement/CRM), including configuration, customization, and extending the platform with custom plugins and workflows.
- Expertise in creating Dynamics 365 Plugins (Synchronous and Asynchronous), Custom Workflows, and Custom Actions using C#.
- Familiarity with the Dynamics 365 Web API, RESTful services, Fetch XML and OData queries for accessing and manipulating Dynamics data.
- Hands on development of PowerApps and experience in developing Power Automate along with Dataverse.
- Proficiency in .NET Framework development.
- Experience in developing Azure functions and Azure Logic Apps.
- Experience with MVC, Web API, and Entity Framework to build and maintain applications.
- Experience in developing Reports within Dynamics CRM.
- Exposure to RSO (Resource Scheduling Optimization) in DynamicsCRM Field service is a plus.
- Microsoft certifications in DynamicsCRM (Field Service) and PowerApps is a plus.
