We are seeking a Purchase Executive for the Pre-cast Concrete Chimney manufacturing industry.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle procurement of raw materials, consumables, and factory requirements as per approved requisitions.
- Obtain quotations, compare prices, negotiate with vendors, and release Purchase Orders.
- Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials to the factory.
- Coordinate with Erection, Project, Stores,



and Accounts for smooth material flow, GRN, and invoice processing.
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain minimum stock to avoid shortages.
- Maintain purchase records, track pending orders, and prepare status reports.
- Ensure supplier performance, quality compliance, and adherence to company policies.
- Support cost-saving initiatives and identify alternate vendors when required.
