- Implement, configure, and support Kronos/UKG Workforce Management solutions.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into system configurations.
- Configure Time & Attendance, Scheduling, Leave Management, and Labor Tracking modules.
- Design and develop Workforce Integration Manager (WIM) interfaces.
- Support workforce analytics and reporting requirements.
- Perform system testing, defect resolution, and deployment activities.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing support.
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and Operations teams.
- Participate in end-to-end implementation and enhancement projects.
- Prepare technical and functional documentation.
