JR HR Executive

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. HR and Proctoring

1. Take up the ownership and perform all the required tasks related to the new recruitment for the organization.
2. Payslip and Payroll Management for all the current and future employees of the organization. Ensuring timely payments of the employees as the pay-outs depends on the location of the employee. Ensure Confidentiality of every salary and Expenses related to any individual or any pay-outs from the company to the other company.
3. Assisting in campaigns for the recruitments into the organization, like visiting different institutions, providing vision and commitments of our organization to the prospective students.
4. Coordinate in conducting online tests for the candidates and Managing the results and selection of the candidates.
5. Manage leaves, attendance, reminders, and escalation about the late arrivals.
6. Overseeing projects end-to-end, from hiring to managing payment details
7.



Ensure filing of all the hard copies of the required documents in the folders/files in the filing cabinets/racks with proper nomenclatures and file names.

Educational Qualification:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources ( MBA ) , Business Administration, or a related field.
- Only male candidates
- Freshers with a keen interest in human resources and employee management are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Preferred languages: Kannada and English (must), with a first preference for candidates from the Bangalore location.
