Role & responsibilities :

- Lead requirement gathering and business analysis activities with Project stakeholders and business users.
- Analyze business processes and translate requirements into explicit functional specifications, user stories and use cases.
- Prepare and maintain BRD, FRD, process flows, requirement documents and traceability artefacts.




- Conduct gap analysis and support definition of application enhancements and change requirements.
- Collaborate with architects, development and testing teams to ensure accurate understanding and implementation of requirements.
- Support UAT, requirement clarifications and stakeholder reviews throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Ensure requirement documentation, approvals and changes are managed as per defined governance processes.

Experience : 5 Years

Education : B.E./ B. Tech/ M. Tech / MCA
