We are looking for an experienced Upstream Manufacturing Professional for our state-of-the-art Biosimilars Manufacturing site based in Ahmedabad. In this role, you will manage upstream processes for mammalian cell culture, handle single-use bioreactors, and ensure strict compliance with cGMP and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and execute Upstream Process operations focusing heavily on Mammalian Cell Culture and Monoclonal Antibodies (mAbs) production.
- Operate and handle various Cell Culture techniques and advanced Single-Use Bioreactors.
- Handle Perfusion Technology operations (mandatory requirement).




- Participate in equipment qualification, validation, and QMS activities during initial stages, followed by routine batch manufacturing.
- Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Positive Documentation Practices (GDP).
- Face and support regulatory audits with complete transparency and compliance.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Education: Life Science Graduation or Post-Graduation (B.Tech/B.E./M.Tech/M.Sc in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Bio-Technology, Chemical Engineering, B.Pharma, or related life science disciplines).
- Industry Experience: 4+ years of relevant experience specifically from the Pharmaceutical industry with exposure to Drug Substance (Biosimilars) manufacturing.
- Proven hands-on background in mammalian cell culture, single-use bioreactors, and perfusion technology.
- Good working knowledge of regulatory audits (USFDA, EMA, etc.), cGMP, and GDP standards.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
