We are hiring experienced Sales Executives for our Motor Insurance Outbound Sales process at Startek, Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle outbound calls to customers for motor insurance sales.
- Explain insurance products, coverage, benefits and renewal options.
- Convert potential customers into successful sales.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up details.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and process compliance.
Eligibility Criteria
- HSC (12th Pass) or Graduate.
- Minimum 6 months of sales experience required.
- Candidates with hardcore outbound sales experience preferred.
- Lead Generation and Collections-only experience will not be considered.
- Positive communication,
convincing and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented candidates preferred.
Salary & Benefit
- 17,400 In-Hand / 22,000 CTC with PF.
- 22,000 In-Hand without PF (subject to eligibility).
- Shift: 9:15 AM7:30 PM or 10:15 AM8:30 PM.
- 1 Rotational Weekly Off.
- Work From Office Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai.
