Role: International Sales Process - 1 to 2 years Experience

We are looking for professionals with min 6 months experience in International Voice to join our Hyderabad location.

Candidate Requirements:

- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Min 6 months International Voice experience is mandatory. Freshers are not eligible to apply.
- Graduation not required; 10+2 can apply.
- Comfortable working from office
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts
- Comfortable with rotational week-offs
- Must reside within 25 km of the office location (Lanco Hills, Manikonda)

Role Specifications

- Handle customer interactions through voice channels.
- Assist customers with queries related to product, orders, payment, logistics, subscriptions, and account-related concerns.




- Understand customer requirements and provide accurate and timely resolutions.
- Maintain a high standard of customer service and communication.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced international customer support workplace.
