Role & responsibilities

- Create residential and commercial interior design concepts based on client requirements.

- Prepare 2D layouts, working drawings and 3D designs using AutoCAD, SketchUp or similar tools.

- Conduct site visits, measurements and coordinate with site teams.

- Select materials, finishes, furniture and other design elements.

- Coordinate with clients, vendors and contractors for smooth execution.

- Prepare basic BOQs/estimates and support project costing when required.

- Handle design revisions and ensure projects meet quality and timelines.

- Maintain project drawings and design documentation.

Preferred candidate profile

- 25 years of experience in interior design.

- Good knowledge of AutoCAD and SketchUp.

- Strong understanding of interior materials, layouts and execution.





- Good design sense with attention to detail.

- Good communication and client-handling skills.

- Comfortable with site visits and vendor coordination.

- Experience in commercial interiors is an added advantage.

- Candidates with a solid portfolio will be preferred.
