Role & responsibilities:

Build Kumudu's recruitment engine. This is a pure recruitment role no payroll, attendance or HR paperwork. You will own hiring end to end, for our own team first and then for our client businesses.

Open positions you will hire for (Phase 1, first 6090 days):

- Software Implementation Executives – 4
- Sales Executives – 2
- ERPNext Developers – 2
- Account Executive – 1
- AI Intern – 1

Phase 2 (from month 2–3): help build our recruitment service for client businesses, hiring IT and non-IT roles, and earn a share of every placement fee.

What you will do:

- Own hiring end to end: sourcing screening interviews offer joining 90-day follow-up
- Source actively: Naukri Resdex, LinkedIn, referrals, WhatsApp groups, your own network and direct outreach
- Speak to every shortlisted candidate personally before sending any assessment
- Screen for skills, stability, salary fit and genuine joining intent
- Negotiate and close within agreed salary bands
- Prevent offer drop-outs: stay in touch with every candidate until Day 1
- Keep a live tracker for every role and run a 30-minute weekly hiring review with the founders

We expect ownership from Day 1: every role live on 3+ channels by Day 2, and first offers made by Week 2.

Preferred candidate profile:

- 2–3 years of hands-on recruitment, with joinings you can name and we can verify (agency / consultancy closers preferred)





- Comfortable hiring both IT and non-IT (sales, accounts, operations) roles
- Confident on the phone in Hindi and English
- Comfortable with targets, numbers and weekly reviews
- Immediate joiner – within 7 days preferred (maximum 15 days)
- Any graduate – closures matter more than degrees

What you earn:

- Fixed salary: 28,000–30,000 per month, based on experience
- 1,500 per hire when your hire completes 30 days, plus 2,500 more at 90 days
- 5,000 monthly bonus when 3 or more of your hires join in the same month
- A share of every placement fee for customer hiring (Phase 2)

Example: 3 hires join in one month and all complete 90 days = 17,000 in incentives, on top of your salary. Work: Office-based, Banashankari 3rd Stage, Bengaluru | Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM–7:00 PM | Reports to the founders

Our hiring process – decision within 3 -7 working days:

1. 10-minute phone call with a founder
2. Practical round at our office (about 2 hours; we pay 1,000 for your time): source real candidates for one of our open roles and make a few live calls
3. Founder interview and 2 reference calls
4. Written offer within 24 hours of our decision
