Job Title: HR Recruiter

About the Role

At 10000Coders, you'll own the complete employee journey, from finding outstanding talent to onboarding, engagement, and growth. This is a hands-on role for an HR professional who enjoys variety, takes ownership, and wants to build a strong workplace culture.

What You'll Do

- Run end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and joining

- Welcome new hires with smooth onboarding and induction

- Maintain employee records and HR documentation

- Support performance appraisals and feedback cycles

- Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, and leave records

- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies

- Handle employee relations and resolve workplace concerns

- Plan and coordinate training and development programs

- Support HR audits and reporting

- Drive employee engagement and a positive workplace culture

Who You Are





- Bachelor's or Master's degree (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred)

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Comfortable with job portals, LinkedIn sourcing, and an ATS/HRMS

- Organized, confidential, and people-focused
